An important consideration in our development of Sulfo-Daikon, is that most people cannot or do not consume enough daikon to get enough sulforaphanes for health benefits. Sulfo-Daikon is specially formulated with a high concentration of bioavailable sulforaphanes for effective benefits. In addition to sulforaphanes, the extracts in the Sulfo-Daikon also contain indole-3-carbinol(13c) and 3,3' diindolylmethane(DIM). The DIM is also an important molecule in controlling inflammation and modulating hormones. 

In addition, we commercialize active enzymes using our unique activation method without high heat processing so that the activity of the enzymes are not destroyed.
